NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002416-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2007-HE2 is Plaintiff and EDWIN ARROYO; KELLY ARROYO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WINDTREE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
