UNIT NO. 7, WOODLAND VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 945, PAGES 482 THROUGH 537, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 110 AND 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
