Chambers deceased, Doyle Russell a/k/a Tony Russell aka Doyle D. Russell aka Doyle D. Russell, III as an Heir of the Estate of Billie P. Chambers deceased, Dustin Russell as an Heir of the Estate of Billie P. Chambers deceased, Heather M. Russell, Joshua Russell as an Heir of the Estate of Billie P. Chambers deceased, Kelly McIntyre as an Heir of the Estate of Billie P. Chambers deceased, Manatee County, Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit County, Matthew Russell as an Heir of the Estate of Billie P. Chambers deceased, Renee Whitlock as an Heir of an Estate of Billie P. Chambers deceased, Rhiannon Woodard, a minor child in the care of her natural guardian Sandra Woodard, as an Heir of the Estate of Billie P. Chambers deceased, State of Florida, State of Florida Department of Revenue, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Billie P. Chambers deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, SUNSHINE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
