Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Manatee County, Florida will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the method of electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on November 17th, 2016, that certain parcel of real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 28, Unit 1, Bahia Vista Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 17, Pages 24, 25, and 26, in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
