NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 22. 2016 in Civil Case No. 112013CA0013080001, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. 2007- AHLI, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL1 is the Plaintiff, and AMBER JERVIS A/K/A AMBER UNSWORTH; ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMBER JERVIS A/K/A AMBER UNSWORTH; HUGH JERVIS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DARIN PRIZZI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00AM in the Lobby of the 3rd floor of the courthouse annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112 on November 3, 2016 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, SUNSET HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
