NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment dated August 4, 2016 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-01-631 all of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, NA, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GREAT FLORIDA BANK, is Plaintiff, and LUIS LEBRON, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trial E., 3rd Floor Lobby Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida 34112 @ 11:00 a.m., on November 3, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Order, to wit:
The West 150' of Tract 60, Unit 51, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 84, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
