Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-008233, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff, and ALEJANDRO GOMEZ; MARIA THERESA CHAVEZ; NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A 1810 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUMS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLONIAL BANK F/K/A F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; JOHN DOE N/K/A ANTONIO AREGON; JANE DOE N/K/A MARGERIE AVERS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash Live Sale - in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on November 3, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1201 IN 1810 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OCTOBER 14, 2004, IN O.R. BOOK 3660, PAGE 2312 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
