NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-001805-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE RUYS REVOCABLE TRUST OF OCTOBER 2009, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
