NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2016-CA-001265 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT DALE LUNSFORD, SR.AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
