NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 06, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-001429 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Richard Lee Delger; Cherie Lynn Carroll a/k/a Cherie Delger are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on January 4, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 15, UNIT 2, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 1- 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
