NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000693 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Miguel Gonzalez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1304, OF THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000044163, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000158980, AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000057403, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
