Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 3, 2016, and the Order on Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale entered on September 30, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, BUILDING 21, PORTOFINO VI, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4861, PAGE 2174-2271, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on January 4, 2017 beginning at 09:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
