NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-054387 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN I. THEISEN the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 AM on 8 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
