NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-000751 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and A. Robert Sears a/k/a Robert A. Sears; Charlene A. Sears; Kelly Greens Manor Condominium I Association, Inc.; Kelly Greens Master Association, Inc.; Kelly Grens Community Association III, Inc.; Clerk of the Court, Lee County, Florida are the Defendants, that The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 1518, BUILDING 1, THE KELLY GREENS MANOR CONDOMINIUM I, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT KNOWN AS PARKING SPACE NO. 1518, AS DEFINED IN AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF KELLY GREENS MANOR CONDOMINIUM I, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2119, PAGE 1444 THROUGH 1504, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2120, PAGE 4540, AND SUBJECT TO THE MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION OF KELLY GREENS AS RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 1958, PAGES 4732 THROUGH 4799, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1959, PAGE 4046; O.R. BOOK 1966, PAGE 557; O.R. BOOK 1967, PAGE 1112; O.R. BOOK 1998, PAGE 911; O.R. BOOK 2044, PAGE 1524; O.R. BOOK 2082, PAGE 3037; O.R. BOOK 2088, PAGE 1672; O.R. BOOK 2091, PAGE 121; O.R. BOOK 2090, PAGE 394 AND O.R. BOOK 2103, PAGE 2042, AND SUBJECT TO THE KELLY GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION III, INC., AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2083, PAGE 4078 THROUGH 4121, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
