NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a final judgment dated the 30th day of September, 2016, in Case No.: 16-CC-001592 of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, in which HANDYMAN HOME REPAIR SERVICE OF PINELLAS, INC. is the Plaintiff and CONSTANCE THOMPSON AND CONSTANCE THOMPSON AS TRUSTEE OF CONSTANCE THOMPSON TRUST DATED THE 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2003 are the Defendants, Paula s. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on January 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
7345 Fairfax Dr., Port Richey, Florida 34668 and more particularly described as:
Lot 2297, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT NINETEEN, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, page 87 and 88, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
