NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21st, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-000265 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Freedom Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Tanya Sheppard, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 411, HILLANDALE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 66 AND 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
