NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 004739 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and SCOTT RADKEY AKA SCOTT A. RADKEY; ROCHE SURETY AND CASUALTY COMPANY, INC. A/K/A ROCHE SURETY & CASUALTY COMPANY; DANIEL T. MCAULEY; ABC BAIL BONDS, INC.; APPLIED BANK FKA APPLIED CARD BANK; ENTERPRISE LEASING COMPANY OF ORLANDO, LLC FKA ENTERPRISE LEASING COMPANY OF ORLANDO, A FLORIDA CORPORATION FKA ENTERPRISE LEASING COMPANY; NINA TARWASIN STEWART AKA NINA T. STEWART; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; GERMAN CHAVEZ are the Defendant(s).
