NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2016, and entered in 2009 CA 010715 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SARM 2005-15 is the Plaintiff and SALLY L. VOORHEES A/K/A SALLY L. VOORHEES-DURHAM A/K/A SALLY VOORHEES; BENT TREE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BENT TREE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
