NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 004716 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RONALD E. HUGHES A/K/A RONALD HUGHES FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION MARYANN R. HUGHES A/K/A MARYANN HUGHES; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 8th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH 45 FEET OF LOT 9 AND NORTH 35 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 136, VENICE, SOUTH GULF VIEW SECTION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 213, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
