NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 13-CA-000558 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Solely as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and Pedro Camareno a/k/a Pedro F. Camareno; The Unknown Spouse of Pedro Camareno a/k/a Pedro F. Camareno; The Unknown Spouse of Anna C. Camareno; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 1st day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK A OF LAKE MORLEY TERRACE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
