Mazili a/k/a Julian Mazili, Kimberly D. Mazili a/k/a Kimberly Mazili a/k/a Kimberly D. McClure, The Eagles Master Association, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB,, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK T, NINE EAGLES UNIT ONE - SECTION I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF A 10 FOOT VACATED RIGHT-OF-WAY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12970, PAGES 146 THROUGH 156, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, LYING PARALLEL TO AND ABUTTING ON THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 5 AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID LOT 5.
