AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-KS8 is the Plaintiff and LUIS CARLOS LOZANO; MARICELA LOZANO are the Defendant(s).
