NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-003323 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Market Tampa Investments, LLC, as Trustee, Under the 6919 Wildwood Oak Drive Land Trust dated the 7th day of May, 2013, Oak Run Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Sarah Ward aka Sarah Fraser, Synchrony Bank successor in interest to GE Money Bank, Unknown Beneficiaries of the 6919 Wildwood Oak Drive Land Trust, Wayne Ward, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
