NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2016 entered in Case No. 14-CA-009803 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Edna E. Carr; The Unknown Spouse Of Edna E. Carr; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 1st day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 118 FEET OF THE WEST 379 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS STATE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
