NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-012474-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC3 is the Plaintiff and Gilbert Eugene Bishop also known as Gilbert E. Bishop a/k/a Gilbert Bishop; Mortgage Electronic Registration System Inc. acting solely as Nominee for 123 Loan, LLC; Tenant #1 NKA Irene Zowl Bishop are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, LESS THE WEST 75 FEET THEREOF, EAST VIEW ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
