Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 24, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 1955 SADDLE HILL RD S, DUNEDIN, FL 34698; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 7, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
