NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 30, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-009039-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CHARLES R. PROBECK, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3RD day of November, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 29, Building No. 4, ST. TROPEZ CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 77, Pages 97-99, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 5789, Page 1771 and amended; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
