NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered October 5, 2016, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 13-B, of The Lakes Villas Condominium II, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4615, Pages 396 through 445, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of November, 2016.
