NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-017767-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and JOHN R. WOFFORD; SALLY K. WOFFORD; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RUBYE D. WOFFORD; DIANNE J. SMITH; SAMANTHA KATE WOFFORD; SALLY KATE WOFFORD; MICHAEL LEROY WOFFORD; JOHN RANDALL WOFFORD; TIMOTHY LLOYD WOFFORD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TIM WOFFORD, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 IN BLOCK “S” OF FAIRLAWN PARK MANOR UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, ON PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
