NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2016 and the Order on Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Block Participation in the Sale by the Prior Successful Bidder, entered in Case No. 15-4111-CI, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BRIDGETON NORTH, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER MOSES, TRUSTEE OF THE SPENDTHRIFT TRUST, ROBERT H. BIGGERSTAFF, and any and all UNKNOWN PERSON(S) in possession of the subject property, Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2016, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 806, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Bridgeton North Replat, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4185, Pages 382 through 481, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Pages 82 through 89, amended in Condominium Plat Book 22, Pages 77 and 78, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 7100 Sunshine Skyway Lane South, Unit 806, St. Petersburg, FL 33711.
