Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
FARM B, BLOCK 30, PINELLAS FARMS SUBDIVISION, Section 32, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, LESS the West 7 1/2 acres; also LESS the South 1/2 thereof; also LESS the South 100 feet of the North 1/2 thereof; also LESS North 70 feet of the South 170 feet of the North 1/2 thereof, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on January 30, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
