NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-001990-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006 HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff and JOY BETH FORESTA-COON, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 60 FEET OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 64, PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 91 AND 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
