NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2016, and entered in 15-004345-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THELMA GARCIA; ADRIAN GARCIA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 23, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
