NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated October 4, 2016, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016870-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and Hector L. Parodi; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, MIN No. 100133700021399178; Rafael Rios-Mangual; Ana M. Griel-Acevedo; Oakshire Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All unknown parties claiming interest by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have ant right, title or interest in the property herein described are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34 OF OAKSHIRE ESTATES PHASE 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46 PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
