RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014CA003618AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and VERONICA NAVARRETE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
CONTANING 5 ACRES MORE OR LESS
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
