NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2016-CA-001307-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, whereinFEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and MOHAMMED S. ISLAM A/K/A MOHAMMED ISLAM; FARIDA Y. ISLAM; HERITAGE GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE GREENS SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A NICOLE MELLO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of November, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK “B”, HERITAGE GREENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
