Randolph, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1404 Dean Street, Suite 300, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint on November 25, 2016.
