NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and GREGORY U. INGRAM ; KRISTIN K. INGRAM A/K/A KRISTIN K. SPRAGUE; BENTLEY OAKS SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
