Final Judgment was awarded on September 15, 2016 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-052163, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and KATHRYN BUTLER AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE GULF SHORE LAND TRUST DATED THE 27TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2006; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE GULF SHORE LAND TRUST DATED THE 27TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2006; KATHRYN BUTLER; JOHN M. LOEBIG, CARRIE L. FRIEDEL; TRISTA SCOTT; LORRAINE TRAPHAGAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK A, WILLIAM JEFFCOTT ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
