NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-051076 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and JANET SUE MAXWELL AKA JANET S. MAXWELL, ROBERT MAXWELL AKA ROBERT E. MAXWELL, L.A. & P. INVESTORS, LLC, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on January 11, 2017, at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 6 and 7, Block 7, San Carlos Golf Course Addition, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 71, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
