Wolmart, Kurt Wolmart, City of Cape Coral, Florida, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1204, UNIT 19, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 121 TO 135, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
