, on the 14 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 55, UNIT 6, LEHIGH ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 60, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
