NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050400 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST, is Plaintiff, and FRANK BROWN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK D, MEADOWLARK PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
