NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-001059 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and RONALD E. KOLECK, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 3514, UNIT 47, PART 2, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 112 TO 127, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
