NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 13, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 16-CA-002120 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RES-FL EIGHT, LLC is Plaintiff, and MINH TRUONG is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00 A.M. on the 14 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 37 AND 38, BLOCK 1830, UNIT 45, PART 1, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 135-150, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
