NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053558 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and John Toliuszis, Stephanie Toliuszis a/k/a Stephanie D'Alto Toliusziz, Bank Of America National Association, Porto Romano At Miromar Lakes Homeowners Association Inc, Miromar Lakes Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 1 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
