TRACT NO. 522: Commencing at the SE corner of Section 14, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence N 00 degrees 30' 02" E, along the east line of said Section 14, a distance of 1339.59' to the POINT OF BEGINNING; continue thence N 00 degrees 30' 02" E, a distance of 221.19'; thence N 47 degrees 36' 32" W, a distance of 878.70'; thence S 42 degrees 23' 28" W, a distance of 200.00'; thence S 47 degrees 36' 32" E, a distance of 986.84'; thence S 89 degrees 23' 20" E, a distance of 53.05' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, excepting the westerly 25.00' to be used for road right-of-way purposes.
