NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an In REM Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA003224CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and PETENES, PAMELA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on November 9, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property is located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said In REM Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
