NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 2012-CA-006191, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and DERRICK D. DAVIDSON; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida:
