Lots 32 & 33, Block 877, 16th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 15 thru 15A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County.

Lot 32-1122-08-7732, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Lot 33-1122-08-7733, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above-described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Sandra A. Sutliff, 3440 Conway Blvd., Suite 1-C, Port Charlotte, FL 33952, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County, P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230 on or before Nov. 21, 2016, or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Sarasota County, Florida.
